The Historic House Guy

Stephen Marshall, “The Historic House Guy”,  is owner of Stephen C. Marshall LLC. We have been been professionally involved in the restoration business since 1975.

Having worked with his father for years on many historic buildings, Stephen gained experience in all facets of the trade, acquiring such skills as timber framing, plastering, custom millwork, masonry, epoxy consolidation and general carpentry. This full spectrum of the historic building restoration and preservation skills have taken him from the bottom of a well to the top of a steeple and everywhere in between for repairs.

Mr. Marshall has worked on numerous public landmarks as well as private residences across the state. Our mission is to produce invisible historic wood window repairs, to comprehensively manage all worksite issues, and to maintain a secure and immaculate worksite condition, even while the work is proceeding. Steve Marshall looks forward to hearing about your unique window repair or restoration project.
